    Fabulous staff with a cute attitude.

    Unfortunately, the hotel was excessively noisy throughout our stay. The open design led to constant disturbances from the bar and restaurant below. To add to the frustration, we experienced a lack of privacy in our room, as the layout allowed others to see inside, leaving us feeling quite uncomfortable.

    Great stay for young folks

    The rooftop pool was fantastic, we spent hours up there enjoying the sun and good vibes. Breakfast was really delicious too, each day had some unique options that kept us excited.

    It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

    Just a fine choice for a getaway in Mexico City with good value. The brunch had nice yogurt bowls which were delicious. Avoid rooms near the club if you don't want noise at night.

    The hotel was beautifully designed and brand new! The free breakfast was excellent, and I really loved the rooftop pool. I faced significant noise issues due to a club below my room that disturbed my sleep almost every night. While the location was great for exploring nearby attractions, the noise pollution made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

    We stayed for 4 nights and encountered severe cleanliness issues. Finding bed bugs and hair in our meals was distressing. We appreciate the attempt at cleanliness but poor management leaves much to be desired. Avoid to ensure a better family experience elsewhere.
